We are a thermoplastic composite laminates supplier. Our core business is producing a range of fully consolidated continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) laminates.

Our continuous fiber reinforced composites products include carbon fiber (CF), aramid fiber (AF) and glass fiber (GF) reinforced thermoplastic laminates. We also manufacture self-reinforced polypropylene (SRPP) and can bond this to honeycomb cores to make stiff lightweight panels.

Woven fiber reinforced thermoplastic laminates offer high strength and high performance composite parts with excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance.

Our products meet the needs of modern industry using compression molding processes for composite parts who require high cycle times.

The major advantages of CompLam CFRTP products include sustainability in our mass production processes. CompLam production plants and our production environment are solvent and VOC free.

Thermoplastic resins are recyclable. As a thermoplastic composite laminates supplier, CompLam works with Trade Association and industry partners for waste treatment.

Optimising Recycling & Reuse

Cutting waste is ground to be reused as filler for injection molding.

Waste materials can also be processed and compression molded for reuse as raw material in long fiber FRTP products.

We recycle CF for reuse as well as other fiber reinforcements as members of a CF reclaim program.
